Arts Volunteering
The Arts Society Arts Volunteering programme provides financial and professional support to community based Arts projects.
Arts Volunteers fundraise and offer grants to projects in their local community. In a time of high inflation and the reduction in central and local funding TASS seeks to offer incentives to support projects that offer greater access to the Arts for everyone.
TASS has developed a close working relationship with local primary and secondary schools funding teacher workshops, whole school Arts projects and helping individual students progress their education in the Creative and Performing Arts.
As well as supporting local schools, TASS also collaborates with local museums, youth groups, and other community organisations to support a wide range of creative projects. We are passionate about the benefits that creativity and arts education can bring to our community.
The aim of The Arts Society Steyning is to inspire and generate a lasting enthusiasm for the Arts and an awareness of our Arts Heritage and Conservation.
If you are looking for support for your project or would like to support the TASS Arts Volunteering programme please get in touch.
